Project Pricing and Budgeting

We work closely with your team to support not only ongoing project budget development and review but also take it final stages of submission. Our process involves:

  • Conducting pre-qualification reviews and assessment of budget activities required to ensure compliance with the RFPs, cost-effectiveness as well as specific donor requirements.
  • Scheduling working sessions, as well as regular check-ins with your team to help think through cost assumptions, teaming structure and set a costing/pricing strategy.
  • Collaborating with your teams in program and finance to ensure that the budgets include costs validated in the proposal and adhere to compliance including appropriate NICRA/indirect rates.
